2. Application Terms (ERPOS)
2.1. Subscription and License: The ERPOS application is provided on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Upon successful subscription, ERP & POS Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ERPOS application solely for your internal business operations, subject to the terms herein and the specific limitations of your chosen subscription plan (e.g., number of customers, vendors, or space usage allowance).
2.2. Purpose of Application: ERPOS is designed to record various business activities including customer, vendor, bank, and other account details, along with all sales, purchase, and accounting-related transactions. Its main purpose is to automate reporting such as account statements, trial balances, profit & loss, balance sheet, and stock reports, and to facilitate expense recording and income/expense budgeting.
2.3. User Accounts and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ERP & POS Solutions immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.4. Data Ownership and Privacy: You retain ownership of all data you input into the ERPOS application. ERP & POS Solutions will treat your data as confidential and will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the services, prevent or address technical problems, or as required by law. Our data handling practices are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
2.5. Payment, Billing, and Renewal: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as per your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all fees.
2.6. Service Availability and Support: We strive to ensure the continuous availability of the ERPOS application. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will provide technical support as outlined in your subscription plan.
2.7. Updates and Maintenance: ERP & POS Solutions reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the ERPOS application at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice for any significant changes. Maintenance may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.
2.8. Limitation of Liability (Application): To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERP & POS Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the application; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
2.9. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the ERPOS application immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately.
2.10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2.11. Changes to Application Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Application Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the ERPOS application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
